Acceptable Use Policy

ZidiMail is intended for legitimate transactional and operational email: account notifications, receipts, alerts, product updates to opted-in users, and similar messages that recipients reasonably expect.

You must not use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk or commercial email (spam) or email to recipients who have not consented where consent is required;
• Send deceptive, fraudulent, or phishing messages, or impersonate another person or brand without authorization;
• Distribute malware, exploits, or harmful code;
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against individuals or groups;
• Harvest, scrape, or purchase email lists without valid permission aligned with applicable law;
• Circumvent rate limits, abuse detection, domain verification, or account restrictions;
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and similar regimes);
• Resell or provide ZidiMail access to third parties in competition with our offering without written agreement;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without prior written authorization.

You are responsible for list quality and consent. You must honor unsubscribe requests promptly and maintain accurate suppression data. Our platform may automatically suppress addresses after hard bounces or complaints (ZidiGuard) to protect deliverability.

You must not consume excessive resources, attempt to interfere with other customers, or use the Service in a way that could degrade infrastructure or sender reputation for others.

We may investigate suspected violations. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts, remove content, or cooperate with law enforcement where permitted. We may update this AUP from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
